Warranty–
My Used Auto Parts provides a Standard 30 Days Parts Replacement Only Warranty. The 90 Days Warranty option only available during the purchase of separately limited units or parts, we are happy to provide additional warranty on you extends please speak with our purchase manager @U&G Auto Parts phone (949) 669-8704. All other terms and conditions remain the same under the 30 and 90Days Warranty.
All My Used Auto Parts will be out of warranty after 2-4 weeks minimum after from the delivery date. Warranty period is automatically activated from the delivery date of the unit, as recorded by shipping carrier’s documentation indicating purchaser’s delivery acceptance.
Returns & Exchanges–
A warranty on defect is a manufacturer’s defect that occurs have to report within (48 Hours), so as long as the unit has been put into operation or certified the defect or report immediate with customer care at My Used Auto Parts.
(1) As for the defect or damage that occurred during the course of use and/or normal analysis by your technician’s warranty does not cover exchange, returns and claiming warranty.
(2) My Used Auto Parts will not accept the damages returning unit or part, until unboxing records are captured and certification on defect from authorize Centre is proven. As My Used Auto Parts Authenticate each parts/unit before shipments.
(3) My Used Auto Parts accepts all complaint or inquiry on defect or exchange of the unit within 48 hours after shipment clearance but following the accessible guidelines.
(4) The Performance warranty will not be provided as its mechanism reinfused issues or installation circumstances as each unit or part is OEM certified and tested for better experience to our buyer.
(5) At My Used Auto Parts All products are OEM certified and tested, as each unit is crafted to ensure performance with the highest design specifications.
(6) My Used Auto Parts endeavors to ensure that all parts fit and function properly. In the instance of a defective part being delivered. U&G Auto Parts obligation is limited to repairing or replacing the part/components covered under this warranty. If replacement of a part is required, and a replacement part is not available. My Used Auto Parts reserves the right to refund the customer the cost of replacement parts value.
(7) The replacement policy for used or defective parts is as follows: My Used Auto Parts, at its sole discretion, may opt to replace the original defective part with another used functional assembly of like kind with mileage equal to or greater than that of the original unit.
(8) Any component Parts, transmission or engine covered under this warranty will be considered a repair and will not change the length of time or terms of the initial warranty. Repair or replacement parts that have been replaced will be covered for the remainder of their original warranty period.
(9) All engines in this catalog are warranted for defects in the block, heads, pistons, crank, cam, and oil pump. All other parts if included are considered accessories and/or extra parts. While these may come with every engine or be guaranteed to ship with every engine, they are not covered under warranty
(10) The standard ‘Recommended Installation/Replacement Procedures’ must be followed in order for the warranty to be valid. Failure to provide proof of these steps being taken as void of the warranty. Upon installation, purchaser agrees to follow vehicles regular maintenance as recommended by manufacturer and may be required to provide proof of such activities in the event of a warranty claim. – The fuel/Air filter, oil and debris can be a serious threat to your engine efficiency and performance. Authentic Tests of these parts help to improve your engine performance by substantially increasing its performance
(11) My Used Auto Parts Warranty If a warranty claim is made under this warranty, the purchased part will be replaced or repaired with a comparable replacement which is warranted for the remaining warranty period according to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty. My Used Auto Parts reserves the right to reject any repair or replacement part that does not meet our high standards of quality. Any such claim shall be communicated to the Customer Service immediately upon receipt of a flat-rate shipping box or box(s) containing part(s) and/or component(s).
(12) We guarantee all transmission rebuilds and transmissions repair to be in good working order against any slippage or shifting failures. Any accessories such as but not limited to: modulators, governors, electrical control modules, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets or fluids are the responsibility of the customer.
(13) All warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period along with a copy of the original invoice. Please discuss any issues with our customer service department first before taking your vehicle to a repair facility, as we’ll be able to resolve these items quickly.
